" Lindsay was so kind and compassionate to our wonderful ginger boy Charlie. When I called Lindsay to enquire about the service she was wonderful. She listened as we told her Charlies story and answered all our questions. On the day that it came to say goodbye to our Charlie, Lindsay came into our home and immediately made all of us feel at ease. She was wonderful with Charlie and our other two cats. Nothing was rushed, everything was calm and peaceful. We got to stay with Charlie the whole way through his journey and then had time to sit in the garden with him. Not once did we feel that we were working to a time scale or part of a process. Charlie was at ease throughout and that in turn gave us relief that his end was painless and stress free. This was the first time we had experienced this service for a pet and the sense of peace it gave at the end was priceless. "
